2017 Band Entry Form

Submission Information

  • Band Manager Contact

  • This person can be the band leader, one of the band members, or an extra non-playing member of your band. As your band’s key contact for fundraising and marketing activities, some of their suggested responsibilities could be:
    · Coordinating band milestones, including defining theme, costumes, set lists, band application, logo development
    · Coordinating, and being key contact for event ticket sales for your band
    · Coordinating band member registration on the CCMF fundraising site, and encouraging use of available fundraising tools for bands
    · Coordinating logo development with our Techapalooza graphic designer
    · Encouraging an active band presence within social media. Suggestions include:
    - Story of the ‘band journey’ of preparing for Techapalooza,
    - Band member reasons for participating in the event
    - Any other interesting developments that unfold as the band prepares for the event
    · Encouraging band attendance at our Band Razamatazz evening in November, with photoshoots, pizza and wine, and welcome and orientation of important Techapalooza information, including importance of fundraising
    · We would also encourage, within the band members’ work places, a corporate concert promoter, or to coordinating a corporate event to promote Techapalooza
